Positive: The location is perfect with children to visit Tromsø! Negative: The TV didn't work (maybe batteries in the remote control have been dead). The snow hasn't been remove on the stairs to access the flat, it was dangerous for both adults and children to access to the apartment. Too much snow on the balcony and windows, we couldn't open the door and the windows therefore the appartment was very dark.

Positive: The location is great! Just 5 - 15 min of walking to any place in city center. The apartment is very clean and with its own "charm". The host was very kind and responded almost instantly to any questions, both before and after our arrival at the apartment. The guidebook with the description of the check-in/check-out procedures, Wi-Fi connection details, transportation, shopping etc. was very helpful.
